Who is this series for and how to use it
Events come in various forms and sizes, ranging from multi-day music festivals with tens of thousands of attendees to small gatherings of hobbyists with only a few participants. The complexity of organizing and planning each event differs significantly. However, with meticulous planning and by following the strategies outlined in this series, you will be well-equipped to manage any event with confidence.
For seasoned event managers or those who organize large corporate events, this series may seem fundamental. However, it still offers valuable insights and reminders of best practices.
This series is perfectly suited for small business owners or solopreneurs who are either launching an event series as their primary business or seeking to initiate an event series as a marketing strategy to attract clients to their small business.

In conducting research for this series, I interviewed two project managers from event management companies specializing in large-scale events to determine if they employed more advanced strategies than those discussed here. They confirmed that their planning strategies and documentation were not more complex than what is already included in this series. Therefore, you can be confident that the information provided will equip you with the necessary knowledge to organize successful events.
Drawing from my experience as a business coach, I frequently observe that when individuals seek additional or enhanced strategies beyond the standard ones, the underlying problem is often a failure to effectively implement the fundamental strategies. Therefore, as you engage with this material, it is crucial to thoroughly comprehend the key strategies and concentrate on executing them to the best of your ability.
While having an excellent concept for an event is commendable, success often hinges on the finer details. To demonstrate this, I will share some of my experiences and the mistakes I encountered when initiating an event series. Goals for your event(s)

At the outset, it is essential to establish a clear, singular objective for your event. While it is natural to aim for multiple positive outcomes—such as generating revenue, enhancing brand recognition, expanding a community, or promoting another business—one of these objectives must be prioritized as the primary focus. This allows you to structure all subsequent strategies to primarily achieve this main goal.
